Rev John Steed will celebrate his 50th anniversary of ordination at Uniting Church in the City Wesley Perth, corner of William and Hay Streets at 10.00am on Sunday 18 October.

John began at Lake Grace Uniting Church then went to Cunderdin, Moora, and Ireland. John is from Northern Ireland and worked in Ireland for several years as a minister, before returning to WA and accepting a call to Kalgoorlie Uniting Church, Busselton and Narrogin. During his retirement, John continues to take services at several churches including Fremantle Wesley, Kalamunda, Forrestfield, and Guildford. John also volunteers in the Uniting Church Centre Archives.
