Preaching and leading worship is an art form.
It is an art that involves taking theoretical learning about the Bible and theology and crafting it into something that will help other people connect with what it means for their daily life. One common mistake is to miss seeing the connections between what has been learnt in studying theology and what we do in our worship services.
In this workshop we will be exploring this connection. We will look at how some of the key tools for theological research that we learnt about in our other studies helps us think through what the readings might have meant for the first audience and therefore what it might mean for today.
