Contextual Theology and Multicultural Ministry Intensive Weekend
April 21 @ 5:00 pm – April 23 @ 3:30 pm
Led by Rev Dr Katalina Tahaafe-Williams. The church of the 21st century exists in a world that is indisputably multicultural and increasingly secular. Contextual Theology speaks to life as it is lived by 21st century Christians, equipping them to be Christ’s church in that context. The Uniting Church in WA is presented with a precious opportunity to reimagine what it means to be Christ’s Body, witnessing to God’s love and serving the people of WA in culturally relevant, vibrant, and life-giving ways.
Come and be challenged! Come and explore! Come and prepare to be Christ’s multicultural church in WA.
This event is presented by CEDAL (Commission for Education, for Discipleship and Leadership) and is open to anyone interested in this learning opportunity.
