Our Service on a Sunday morning Worship is a rich blend of both lively and traditional formats, which caters for all ages. There is always something new and special that Mark includes in the service. We have a strong tradition of children ministry in the church and it always include a short segment where the minister has a short story to tell the children. There is also an active Kids’ Club and children are most welcome.
Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of every month.
Newcomers are always most welcome, so if you are new to South Perth – or visiting the area – please come and join us for worship and stay for a cuppa with us afterwards.
We look forward to meeting you!
If you are interested to join us online, please contact us and we would be very happy to send you the login details.
Our prayer group is a quiet, spiritually uplifting time to join with others in prayer, remembering those who have asked for prayer at our worship services and praying for whatever is in your heart. All are welcome to join us regularly or occasionally, prayer requests can also be sent to Rev Mark Illingworth email@example.com.

Mark Illingworth started his ministry at South Perth Uniting Church in January 2020.
Before Mark joined us, he was in the Uniting Church WA Presbytery/Synod headquarters for four years. His position there was Deputy General Secretary of the WA Uniting Church.
Evangelism and community service is very much part of Mark’s core and vision, so in 2000 after going back to get a degree in Theology, he set off in his mission and was instrumental in planting the Billabong Uniting Church in Canning Vale. The mission began with a small group of like-minded christians meeting at his home. This led to bigger and bolder endeavours which saw the planning, and the construction of a permanent place for worship. Today, the church is a thriving community, a testament and an example of what is possible when we allow God to work with and through us.
Mark and his wife Deb have three adult children and a grandchild. We are absolutely thrilled to have both Mark and Deb with us in our journey together in the South Perth Uniting Church. They are a terrific team together striving for the gospel of Jesus.
If you wish to contact Mark, you can email him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
