The next gathering of the Lay Preacher Candidates will be on Saturday 11 November from 10.00am to 12.00pm (via Zoom), with a special focus on Mark’s Gospel. Considering the Lectionary Gospel readings for cycle B will begin with the Gospel of Mark on 2 December 2023, the first Sunday of Advent, this will be a timely discussion. We’ll delve into Mark’s narrative, structure, and theology.
