There will be a retreat day, ‘Sorrows and Sunflowers’ led by Rev Janelle Macgregor on Saturday 29 June from 9.30am to 2.30pm at Kalamunda Uniting Church, Heath Rd, Kalamunda.
Bring and share morning tea and lunch.
Throughout life we experience many losses and accumulate many sorrows. Over time, our sorrows can shape our hopes and dreams, our expectations, our relationships, and our faith. In this retreat, participants have an opportunity to explore their sorrows and where they might plant more sunflowers. This retreat is a safe space – sharing is optional, and confidentiality is respected. You will explore the topic through worship, prayer, poetry, your own visual and written responses.
