Counting to Christmas – A Morning for the Whole Community
Join us for a joyful morning of creativity, connection, and celebration at Nedlands Uniting Church!
Counting to Christmas offers a welcoming space for all ages to prepare for Advent in meaningful and hands-on ways.
What’s On:
- Connect Corner: Meet church members and discover opportunities to join NUC groups, activities, or services after the event.
- Serving & Giving: Support charities including Compassion Australia, Uniting Aid, GECFI, East Timor education and the Christmas Bowl at our Giving Tables.
- Making & Sharing: Decorate cookies, plant gifts, and craft handmade ornaments or cards to share.
- Faith & Fun: Visit our Nativity scene for dress-ups — perfect for Christmas family photos!
- Advent Activities: Take home an Advent card calendar for adults or a children’s fabric Advent calendar with pockets to fill.
- Community Spirit: Enjoy music, children’s storytelling, games, a sausage sizzle, pancakes, and coffee.
