Inter-Generational Playgroup

During school terms, playgroup meets weekly. We are currently hosting a Thursday playgroup meeting on Thursday 9.30 – 11.30am.  Being ‘Inter-generational’ means there are senior members of our congregation that help, play with the children and offer support to the parents. Grandparents who care for their children are also very welcome.

Coffee Group

On the 1st, 3rd and 5th Mondays of each month, a group of meet at Smithereens Café in Cowaramup to chat, keep in touch and support each other. Some bring along their knitting, crochet or some other craft. The group meets from 10am – 12noon. If you would like to find out more information please call Sue Vernon on 9755 5098.

Ecumenical Meditation

This session is held on a Thursday at 1pm, during school term. It is a small group that follows the format of, and is supported by, the World Community of Christian Meditation. We listen to a short reading either from the Christian Tradition or on meditation before entering into 20 minutes of silent meditation, followed by some music. Participants are invited to share if they want or to leave quietly at the end of the session. It is a supportive group and ideal for anyone just start out on a meditative journey. All are welcome – all faiths and no faith! Contact Mary on 0429 797 767 for further details.
