Rural and Remote Ministry Network

Friends at a coffee shop

Western Australia is a big state and as a result, Uniting Church congregations and faith communities are often situated many kilometres from each other.

The Rural, Remote and Regional Ministry Network is a forum for bringing together representatives from congregations and faith communities, to offer support and encouragement, and when required, to offer resources to assist their ministry. While the network exists for rural, remote and regional groups, metro dwellers are welcome to join as well – for both connection and resourcing.

Our Meetings

The Network meets on Zoom on the second Tuesday of each month, starting at 6.00pm. Meetings only last for an hour.

To request a zoom invitation please contact Rev Craig Bosman, Rural Resource Minister via email at [email protected]

Monthly Resourcing

Our Rural Resource Minister also sends out a monthly email with resources for liturgy and preaching. Please contact him at [email protected] to be added to the mailing list.

General Resourcing

Please also take a look at our ‘Worship Resources for Congregations’ section on the Worship Resources page for a list of helpful recommended resources.
