An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Perth based Property Services team at the Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of WA. This position will be based at the Uniting Church Centre in East Perth.
The Uniting Church in Australia was formed in 1977, with the amalgamation of the Presbyterian, Methodist and Congregational Churches (more information about Uniting Church in Western Australia can be found here). 
The Role:
The Administration Officer will be an important member of the property team assisting with overseeing a diverse property portfolio across Perth and regional Western Australia.
- Perth location
- Part time appointment, at 0.8FTE (Monday – Thursday)
- Initial 12 month contract
- Immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Property Services team and executive
- Attending to enquiries including phone calls and emails
- Data and records management
- Preparation of correspondence and reports
- Scheduling and co-ordinating meetings
- Assisting with the development, documentation, procedures and processes
- Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders

- Confident, well spoken with great interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organised and efficient with attention to detail
- Can multi-task and prioritise
- Strong computer and systems skills using Office 365.
- Previous administration experience
- Experience in a property management environment is desirable but not essential.
