We are seeking an experienced and skilled minister to undertake a 24-month Intentional Interim Ministry (IIM) placement with the Kalamunda Uniting Church and St Martin’s Foothills Uniting Church cluster. Both congregations have requested an IIM placement to assist them in navigating a period of transition, discerning future directions, strengthening leadership, and preparing for the next phase of ministry.

This is a full-time placement shared between the two congregations and supported by an established Memorandum of Agreement and a long-standing commitment to working together in ministry and mission.

The congregation describes itself as welcoming, generous, outward-looking and deeply engaged with the local community, while recognising the need to embrace change to achieve its mission goals and remain viable into the future.

  • Prepare the foundations for future settled ministry.

The placement builds on substantial work already undertaken through mission planning, congregational reflection and future directions processes.
