The Friends of East Timor Mobile Medical Clinic Trek for Timor on Sunday 6 October was a roaring success.

Over 100 people, including more than 50 East Timorese seasonal workers, participated in one or more of the four walks in the beautiful Crooked Brook Forest in the Shire of Dardenup.

Funds raised will support the mobile medical clinic of Fundaçãun Lafaek Diak (The Good Crocodile Foundation) to maintain its vital services to rural, remote villages in eastern Timor Leste. The event is run in partnership with the International Partnerships and Development Commission (IPDC) of the Uniting Church WA.

Well done to all involved! You can continue to support and donate by following Friends of East Timor Mobile Medical Clinic on facebook or email justice@wa.uca.org.au for donation details.
