Dovetales – Something New for Uniting Church WA

Dovetales is a new printed publication sharing news and stories for the Uniting Church WA community.

Since the pausing of Revive magazine in September 2025 the majority of our Uniting Church WA communication is now made available online through our website stories, News and Notes e-news and our social media sharing.  This allows us to share news and stories with our community as they happen.

However we know that for some people in our community, digital information isn’t always accessible.  So this year we are offering something new – Dovetales – News and stories from the Uniting Church WA.

Dovetales is an eight-page printed news publication which will be posted out in the monthly Congregation mailout to every Uniting Church WA congregation, school and agency on a three-monthly basis with the first edition being sent out this week. More copies can be requested from the Uniting Church Centre by emailing [email protected]. Dovetales will also be made available as a print-friendly PDF for congregations to produce more if they would like to share them with members of their community. 

If you’re already connected through News and Notes e-news and our other digital communications you will likely be across the news and stories we’ll be sharing in this printed publication, however we hope this will become a helpful resource for reaching out to other members of our UCWA community.
